How It Works

Scam Protection That Works in the Moment

Traditional security tools focus primarily on files, malware and devices. Ultra Scam Shield is designed around another important part of online safety: the moment when a scammer is trying to convince a person to do something dangerous.

Step 1

Ultra Scam Shield Spots Something Suspicious

Ultra Scam Shield looks for signals associated with common scam situations. When something does not look right, protection activates.

Suspicious remote-access activity

Fake security alerts

Dangerous or imitation websites

Suspicious downloads

Common impersonation scam patterns

Step 2

Your Loved One Gets a Clear Warning

Scam warnings should reduce fear — not create more of it. Instead of complicated security messages, Ultra Scam Shield explains the situation in plain language.

STOP

Someone may be trying to control your computer.

Do not send money.

Do not share a password.

Call someone you trust before continuing.

Step 3

A Trusted Family Member Can Be Alerted

When configured with family alerts, Ultra Scam Shield can notify a trusted person when a scam-risk event occurs.

The family member can quickly check what happened and call their loved one. That human connection can be especially valuable when a scammer is creating pressure or urgency.

Quick Call

One tap from the alert

Family members can call directly from the alert to check on their loved one right away.

Step 4

Your Loved One Stays in Control

Ultra Scam Shield does not exist to take control away from the user. Its job is to help — and your loved one stays in control of their device.

Detect risk

Create a pause

Give clear guidance

Connect someone with help

Why It Matters

Why the Pause Matters

Scammers often try to make victims act immediately. They may say:

"Your bank account is compromised."

"Your Social Security Number has been suspended."

"Your computer has been hacked."

"Move your money now."

"Don't tell anyone about this."

Ultra Scam Shield is designed to interrupt that pressure.

Because sometimes the most important security feature is simply giving someone time to think.

Protection Works Across Your Family

At launch, Ultra Scam Shield is designed around:

Core scam protection and device security.

Android

Technology Helps. Family Makes It Stronger.

Ultra Scam Shield doesn't try to replace human judgment. It gives families a better opportunity to step in when something looks wrong.
